Hi
I'm using Outlook 2003 11.5608.5703 and Exchange 2000 sp3.
I send an email to a group of internal recipients (all on the same exchange
box but using Outlook 2000). I request a read receipt. The read receipts
return as requested and once I've seen them I delete them. I then check the
tracking tab for this message under sent items. Only some recipients are
listed as having read the message. Some, from whom I have had receipts, have
no entry (their name is present but the read column is blank). There does
not seem to be any obvious pattern to this. Any idea why? It makes the
tracking feature practically useless.
Cheers
Mike
