I just reformatted my computer and installed windows xp
home edition. When I try to re\activate it it says it has
exceeded the amount of times it can be used, which
renders me unable to activate windows. In the f.a.q. its
says you are able to use the same product key after
reformatting the computer the windows used to be on.How
do I fix this if possible?

Greetings --

Simply follow the on-screen prompts and instructions to activate
via telephone.
