Reactivating XP

My daughter has had a new Hard Drive installed on her
computer and she being requested to reactivate her XP
Product but as she has no Internet connection I was
wondering how it can be done. I would appreciate any help.

Start the activation process and choose the option to activate by
telephone. The program will display the telephone number to call.
