? re: Start up command

I am trying to eliminate any 'deadwood'/possible
spyware from my start up menu.

Question re: System Configuration Utility

Under the 'Start Up' tab there is a start up item
named: '1' with a corresponding command named '1' and a
location listed as:'software\Microsoft\Windows\Current
version\run'

Any ideas as to what this is? I went ahead & disabled
it at start up & haven't seen a problem as of yet. If
you know what this is, please clue me in.
