The shortcut is CTRL+Shift+F5 - EditBookmark
If you use CTRL+ALT+ +(on the numeric keypad) and apply the resulting
square-ish cursor to a command you will be rewarded with the name of the
command and any shortcut key already assigned.

Thanks a million Graham. Not just the shortcut for EditBookmark, but the hidden gem about using Ctrl+Alt+NumPlus. I've been using Word since 1992 and consider myself a bit of an expert, but never knew this. "Teach a man to fish"... and all that. Brilliant.
