Re-Post: Text Disappears in Customized Appointment Form

Sorry to re-post this everyone, but I could really use some help figuring
this out. Thanks!

-----

I have a user that has created a customized appointment form and set it as
the default form for a calendar in a public folder. All he did was take the
original appointment form provided by Outlook and add an Additional
Information page with a simple multi-line text box so people can add more
information into the appointment if they needed too. It seems to work well
as long as the appointment isn't set with a recurrence. As soon as you add
a recurrence in the customized appointment form with text entered into the
second page and save it, the text on the second page disappears.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening and how we can fix it?
FYI... neither of us know VBScript.

Does the entire page disappear or just the text in the text box? Outlook version?
