Re installing XP

Had a MB crash and put in one. The chipset was the same so XP Pro SP2
booted okay
But I should reinstall XP.

I was wondering what settings can I save. Documents and Settings,?
etc.

Thanks. I sort of wanted to reinstall Windows, just to get a cleaner
install and get out all the junk thats accumulated
