One of the PC's on our peer-to-peer network has a problem with Outlook 2003 -
when started, it consumes nearly all available CPU resources (~99%). I'd like
to remove it and re-install, but in Control Panel - Add and Remove Programs,
it isn't listed, nor does it show in Add or Remove Wiindows Components (we're
running Windows XP professional - service pack 2). I'm not confident in
removing it manually and updating the registry - any ideas? Thanks. (By the
way, we're a charity - Aspiring Youth of Houston - and don't have funds to
pay for an answer, let alone employ a systems person, so your support would
be much appreciated!)

In Add and Remove Programs, select Microsoft Office and click Change. When
the Office Setup wizard starts, cloose the Add or Remove Features button and
click Next. Deselect Outlook. Finish the wizard.
