re-install XP

Can I just re-install EX..... I lost .Net Framwork V 1.1 and am unable to
download, or my skill level isn't sufficient to install it. I have
downloaded it to Mydownloads but iit is looking for something in
Mydocuments..... so i thought if I could just re-install EX that would solve
the problem...?

Here's the .NET Framework 1.1:

Here is .NET Framework SP 1:

To install these just double-click the files, click ACCEPT & leave till .NET
Framework 1.1 is installed. Now, reboot your computer & install .NET
Framework 1.1 SP1. It will ask you to restart your computer again. Don't
install SP1 untill you have restarted even though you can. Its because of
the registry items...

Remember you need Admin rights to install it.
