Re-install XP Pro ?

Hello,

When I put XP Professional onto my PC I had to activate it to use it.

Just lately I have had many problems with my machine locking up.
I have checked for virus' and done system restores but still have the
problem and now for some reason I am no longer able to restore from earlier
dates.

So if I go for a clean re-install from the CD will I be able to activate it
again or will Microsoft refuse because it's being done already ?

You can activate it on the same (or 'substantially the same') hardware
as many times as you like and it will go through on the net just like
