re help and support center

hi for a while now my help and support center does not function properly.
when you click onto any subject the writing that appears is all in symbols.
and the titles on the left are not functional u click and go nowhere. is this
a script error? not that i understand this of course. i do not recall what
was happening at the time to make the support center like this please help.
hope u understand what im on about thanks

malke hi i noticed on one of them sites about reinstalling but its not good
to install something ythats already installed is it the others didnt work

malke i noticed from one site about installing the help and support but wont
that cause probs as its already installed? is there a way to ununstall help
and support first. it tried the other two but one of them i couldnt load it
up so i done a sys restore the other one didnt appear to do anything hope to
hear from u soon. it is a pain when these windows software dont have their
oen programmes as in add and remove

It will not hurt to reinstall per the information at the links. I would
try it.
