Hi ive downloaded a software programe ssc utility and ive made a boo boo with it I messed about in the chip reseter part were it resets chip in my printer It will not accept any cart now not even the ones i took out previous Does anyone know if i can undo this reset as i cannot use my printer now as it gives a error message saying cannot reconise cart please replace it does this with every cart im using im using To18 andTo17 If anyone can help this could save me having to buy a new printer thanks
