re-direct to ad page when searhing on address bar

Hi,

When I type an address in the address bar(i.e.- dell or
dell.com) instead of auto searching the web it redicts me
to this page "http://69.42.67.154/erasercash/".
Some type of browswer hijacker but I can't get rid of it.
I have downloaded and run spy removal software but still
can not erradicate this portion of the hijacker.

Try:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
and
Spybot S&D from http://www.safer-networking.org/
Both programs should be updated after download, before use.

Next try CWShredder from http://www.merijn.org/downloads.html
