To "reboot" a computer means to restart it, not to put it "back to what
it was like".
To erase your hard disk and reinstall the software that was installed at
the factory, contact the computer manufacturer. They will show how to
use your recovery CDs or your recovery partition, depending on which
your computer has.
Hi Walkercon, Another option you have is "system restore" . You can nav
there by click on start, mouse over all programs, mouse over accessories,
mouse over system tools, click on system restore from the drop down. Just
follow the restore instructions and you'll do fine.
