RDP unlimited connections grayed out

Hello,

I have a Windows 2003 server with Terminal Services installed. The
license server is also installed on this server and activated and
running. The licenses are set for per user.

I am only able to get 3 users connected. I checked the RDP connection
properties, and under the network adapter tab, the option for
unlimited and maximum connections is grayed out. The maximum
connections is selected and set to 3.

I have removed the RDP connection and created a new one, selecting the
unlimited connections, but when I check the properties it still shows
3 and is grayed out.

What is going on, and why can't I change this?
Thank you in advanced.

Are you sure the Terminal Server Role is applied to this server, not Remote Desktop for Administration, which allows 3 connections (2 remote + 1 console).

Go to the "Configure my server Wizard" and verify that your server holds the Terminal Server role.

Hello All,

Has anyone of yo figured out this problem? I am having
the same issue here and can't seem to resolve it.

I have verified that the TS is not in Admin mode and it is
up and running.

Many thanks in advance for your feed back.

I have resolved my issue. Here is what I had found:
In the local security policy, under Local Computer Policy,
Administrative Templates, there is a policy called: Limit number of
connections.
I found that this was enabled with 3 connections. I set to not
configured and now I am able to change the connections to unlimited.
