RDP Thin Client Settings

We have wyse thin terminals, recently we upgraded to windows 2003 terminal
services and are no longer able to use the ICA Service that came with these
client. RDP works well for us but I would like to know if I could change the
Users application to come in a window instead of full screen? ICA did this,
RDP comes up in the left corner and full screen.
