RDP permanent available connection

Remote Assistance has an expiration limit. Is there a way, policy,
registry, via program to change the expiration, turn off the need for a
time out or remove it entirely.

The best you can do is to extend the Remote Assistance time out to a maximum
of 99 days. See this page for help with that...
