RDP connection on bootup

I'm in the process of installing and testing Windows 2000
Terminal services.

At the moment I have to get the user to log onto the
domain as normal. I have copied the RDP into the start up
group so that it launches after the user logged onto the
domain. The user then has to enter their Domain password
again in order to start up a TS session and connect to the
Terminal Server.

What I would like to try and do is just have the user
enter their ID and password only once eg, at bootup so
that it launches the RDP and starts the TS session without
the user having to enter the Domain ID and password twice.

Any ideas would be appreciated......

You could just get the machines to auto login into a local account (i cant
remember how to set it up off the top of my head though), and have the RDP
file in that startup group.

that would be called rewriting the RDP client! pay $$$$ or users need to
deal with it.
