RDP and Connecting to Multiple Computers Behind a Firewall

I read somewhere about how to do this, but I can't find it anymore. I need
to use the remote desktop on several computers. Just forwarding port 3389
will not let me into any computer on the LAN. I know I have to setup a
unique port number for each.

First, how do I change the port numbers on the local machines?
Second, is there anything I need to configure on the computer to allow the
access other than allow a remote connection and add the user?
