RDC and accounts

Where does Windows store the account list of alowed users for RDC?
Admins are implicitely ok, I know..but you can add users also explicitelly..

I was watching the registy dirung the proces with regmonitor..but no luck..

Can you help?

Creates keys and sets values in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SAM\SAM\Domains\Builtin
