Rcvd msgs are converting to plain text & i haven't selected that

My received messages are converting to Plain text (as is indicated on the
message_ and I do not have that option selected under options. I am able to
right click the bar in the message and covert it for viewing, but I want the
default to be HTML, which it is for my outgoing messages via Word 2003 as my
editor
 
are you reading them in the inbox or the junk email folder?
