I was given the game "Rayman Gold" recently for my pc
which runs XP-home edition.
When the CD starts up it asks you whether you want to
install. So I did. Then when I go to play the game the
new game screen comes up and it asks me if I want to
install, which I have to do before it gives me the option
to play. This time to a different directory and I think
slightly different files. After this I tried to play the
game but it shuts down each time with the following error
message:
16bit MS-DOS Subsystem
c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
X#=OD, CS-00C7 IP-00002018. The NTVDM CPU has encountered
an unhandled exception. Choose 'Close' to terminate the
application.
So does anyone have any experience with running this game
on XP-home and could help me set up and play this
properly?
Thanks.
