Hello I have hybrid segate hard drives. The smartctl values for read and seek errors are really high but the drives are no so old. Should I replace the drives now?

That's typical with Seagate, they do those
values differently to how others do them.

Nope, the drives are fine.

The actual number of seek errors is zero, and the RRER raw value is a
sector count, not an error count. AIUI, a normalised value of 120 for
the RRER represents a perfect score, so 117 is a very good result.
