Rasman error

Hi folks,
Hope you can help.

Ive been running the same machine on Windows XP for 2 years.

Following a repair from the OS disk I can't get to my internet connection
(the Remote Access Service Manager) does not play.
The error code is 711. RASMAN error. Access is denied.


Any clues?
