I found an obscure thread from a user that had the same
problem as you. This was found to be caused by Zone Alarm.
Are you using it? If so the update caused the problem and
you should remove Zone Alarm and try the system to see if
that does it and then they had to go back to an older
version to stop the rasauto.exe issue. Good luck.

I have found my way to Remote Access and stopped that running. It has done
the trick (so far).

Yes I do have Zone Alarm running, however as far as I am aware it has not
been updated for some time and this issue has only started occurring in the
past couple of days.

I will monitor how it goes.
