Kelly Drier

I am not able to connect to the internet. I keep getting
an message that the RAS needs to be installed. Help Please
 
1. Go to Start > Run and type in: SERVICES.MSC , and hit enter.
2. Scroll down to the "Remote Access Connection Manager" service.
3. Right-click on it and select Properties.
4. Set the startup type to: Automatic and click "Start".
5. Click "Apply".
