Using Netzero

I was using netzero for dialup. Now when I try it I get a "Please install
Microsoft RAS and restart Netzero". I have tried everything and have not
been able to get Netzero to work. I can use other dialups but not Netzero.
How can I get RAS reinstalled?

1. Open XP's "Help and Support Center".
2. In the Search box type: RAS and hit enter.
3. Then click on "Troubleshooting network and dial-up connections".
