RAS / VPN and shares after SUS install

I am having issues with VPN and file shares. I think it
is directly related to installing SUS and the IIS
lockdown routine it goes through - that timing matches up
anyhow.

I can connect to the RAS/VPN server and see file shares
on it (2kTS) - but the shares on the domain controller
(2Kserver) are not working. I can hit Exchange, ping by
name and terminal service into the DC (2kserver) - but no
file shares.

Hi Mike,

Are you using Windows 2000 for a client? I'm having
a somwhat similar problem, but not sure if it's related as
of yet. I can't connect to network shares using my cached
profile on Windows 2000; but if I log in to the local
machine profile before logging into the VPN, I can access
the Shares.
