RAS setup problems

TRying to give users remote access to w2k server
modem picks up , authentification take place, its coming
back with message account doesn't have permission to dial
in. although this is set on enabled in users and computers
and no restriction at al in R&RAS policies

could some one please advise me

Open the RAS policy and verify that "If user matches the condition" "Grant remote access permission" is selected.

Have you tried checking your protocols are matching, chap
and mschap etc, just a thought.
