ras server of WINNT 4.0 server

in win2k domain
ras server running on winnt 4.0 server which is a member
of domain

in order to authenticate user dial inusing domian user
account

1) is it necessary to add the server to ras and ias group?
2) is it necessary to add user to pre-win2k user group?
