RAS Policy configuration

I've just setup a Windows 2003 server as a RAS dialup server.

The server has 4 USB modems with an analog line to each.

One department will use modem 1 and 2 and the other will use modem 3 and 4.

I need to configure the policy for call back so that users which are a
member of department one will only be allowed to dialin using modem 1 and 2
and all only be called back by using modem 1 and 2. I'll need to do the same
for department two byt using modem 3 and 4.

The reason I need this is so I could bill department one and two separately
for the callback they use.

Please advise.

Hi,

You have to put the users of department 1 into a separate group and those of
department 2 into a separate group.
Then you can have one policy with these conditions:

Windows group matches <dept 1 group>
and
Called Station Id matches <number>

And another policy having these conditions:

Windows group matches <dept 2 group>
and
Called Station Id matches <number>

Then dept 1 members will be able to call only with the specified number and
dept 2 members with another number.
