RAS connections

I am running a W2K server with RRAS running. Yet when my
users dial in, the user shares are mapped, but they cannot
ping the email server. Or any other server on the
network. Any suggestions?

can you ping the mail server by ip? if yes. or post the result of ipconfig
/all here.
