are there any freeware progams to unpack rar files?

most zipping programs can unrar files

Yes, but somehow they can't handle the rar files (i.e. music, video)
which can be downloaded from binaries newsgroups. You need WinRar (not
freeware) for them for one reason or another.

I tried many archiver programs, but the only one which I found to work
100% of the time when unpacking .rar files is Iceows:

I really think the program should be Pricelessware.
