RAR Console - permission denied?????

hi there everyone,

when i go into my routing and remote access console, i cant even look at
properties for it. it tells me that i dont have sufficient rights. what is
the deal here? im logged in as administrator. windows2000 server.

Check that the remote registry service is running. This is required even
if theMMC and RRAS are on the same machine.
