Randomly sent mail

I keep getting these error messages, (see below), but noone at this machine
is sending any messages at the time they are sent.

I guess someone is "hacking" my machine to send spam mail. My security
software is not detecting this activity and the computer is typically in
standby at these times. I am running Windows Mail on a Vista machine. Can
someone suggexst a fix?

There is nothing to fix. It just means that a spammer is sending out
spam emails that have your return address. So, you get all the
non-delivery reports. Just hang in there. Eventually the spammer
will start using a different return address.
