randomley shutting down

my pc keeps shutting itself down (not the ms virus)
before it does a blue screen appears for a second
how do i get to read what it says

Hi,

Start/run eventvwr.msc, check the system and application logs. Post back
with the error message.

Check your power supply. Spontaneous shutdowns may
indicate PS problems. Run test with known good PS.
