Random Spacing between letters upon printing

One of my coworkers keeps getting a random space between certain words upon printing. I checked the document for misc. spaces, there are none. I deleted the problem word and re-typed, that has not solved the problem. I have installed and reinstalled the print drivers, that has not solved the problem. I logged on to her computer and upon print I get the same problem. I had another co worker in a different location on a different printer print the document and the problem is still there. Does anyone have any ideas?

Does the text have a straight right margin? If so, the
text has been set to fully justified alignment. Word
expands the space between words to make the right margin
straight.

If this is the problem, highlight all the text and set the
justification to LEFT in the formatting toolbar.

If this happens all the time to this coworker, their
NORMAL.DOT may have the Normal style set for full
justification.
