Random Reboots

I have gone on for two months trying to deal with random reboots. First
believing it was corrupt memory I RMA my ram only to find out the ram was
fine. I am now stumped. It does a hard reboot and returns with this error.
The one consistency I have found is it only does it in applications, if its
idle it will never reboot.

Tries:
Reformat
Three different memory sticks
Two Video Cards
Underclocking Memory
Upping power to memory
turning off/on AGP 8x support
turning off/on AGP Fast Write

Drivers:
BIOS up to date
Motherboard drivers up to date
Geforce 6800 drivers up to date
have NOT upgraded to SP2

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

I turned off Plug And Play and my L2 cache for 6 hours now, and ran United
Devices, with no reboots. Still not getting my hopes up since i'm not sure if
united devices would actually trigger a reboot.

So, if it is plug and play setting it off, or accessing part of the L2
memory cache, whats the cause and solutions.

Still having bsod, instead of restarts. Turned off the auto reboot on errors.
I have recently gotten 2 errors, one pointed a nv4_disp.dll the other
pointed at win32.sys
