Random reboot

My computer randomly reboots when not in use. Sometimes in the early morning
hours. I've turned off my network conntection, McAfee, my temp monitor and
anything else I can find running that's not necessary. Is there a log that's
created that might help me figure out why the system is rebooting?

Hardware is a Prescott P4, 3.2 CPU, Asus P4C800-E Deluxe, 2GB's of Ballistix
RAM, Seagate Serial 120GB HD, Windows XP

Thanks.

Check the Event Viewer for any errors and a possible resolution to the
problem.
Click Start > Run, type in: eventvwr.msc and press Enter or click Ok.
Expand the event viewer window.
Click once on either Applications or System in the Left pane.
Double click on an error listed in the Right pane to bring up a details window.
Click the link if present at the end of the description to a page with a
"possible solution".

There is a very interesting article on this problem at:
http://ask-leo.com/why_does_my_computer_randomly_reboot_without_warning.htmlThe author gives a lot of information about the reasons for random rebootsand suggests some tests that can be done to help discover the cause.Hope this helps.Badger
