Random Outlook Field Changes

About once a month, my outlook fields randomly change. I will lose the TO:
field of Subject field and its really irritating. I've researched
extensively why this would happen but had no luck. Aside from creating a new
outlook profile (or blowing out C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook ), is there anything I
can do to lock the fields. I've looked in field chooser for such an option,
but again no luck.

If anyone else has experienced this, please let me know if you found a
solution.

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanviews switch. If you need help
