Random Laptop issue, webpages and menus scroll by themselves

Just wondering if this is a fixable problem, is starting to really get very
annoying.
Once i open a webpage or a menu, it automatically scrolls to the botom of
the page by itself.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Scrolling by themselves? Might be an issue with your scrollbar on your mouse
pad, Try hooking up a mouse (or maybe a different one). Also maybe disabling
the scroll button altogether.
