Random Account Lockouts

I just installed SP4 along with the rest of the security updates. All my
user accounts on my win2000 server are randomly locking out. I will go in
and unlock them and few minutes later they will be locked out again. I have
auditing enable and see some attempts at guesing passwords but not enough to
lockout any accounts.

Help Please!

See if the following registry key exists and delete it.

KHLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Synchron
ization Manager (Value mbosync.exe /logon, or something
like that)

We have had allmost the same problem and once this
registry key was deleted the accounts stopped from locking
down.

This .exe is suppossed to synchronize offline browser
pages and seems that it keeps some users credentials. Once
the password expiry time comes and the user changes its
password, the user account start to lock down continuosly.

Good Luck!
