Ran Scan Disk now computer is frozen

Got a message from Norton indicating there were two files
with Trojan viruses on them, ran Norton's program to fix
the problem and then ran scan disk. When the computer
restarted I got the black screen that says Windows did not
start successfully and gives the options on how you would
like to start Windows. Then I get a blue screen that runs
a disk check. After it finishes the five stages of
checking files it says the job is complete but then it
won't do anything and just stays on the blue screen.

Since you didn't say what viruses you had, it's impossible to give you a
specific answer. Can you get into Safe Mode? What is the error message
you see on the blue screen?
