Ran antispyware...still can't access "my documents"...etc....HELP!!!

A couple days ago I noticed that when I clicked
on "start" and tried to access "my documents" or "my
pictures" or "my computer", that nothing would occur,
and, after about 20 seconds all of the icons would
disappear and then reappear. I ran several types of
spyware, including my Norton systems work, and, finally
microsoft antispyware, and seemed to clean lots off my
computer. However, I still can't access "my documents"
etc. Any suggestions on what to do now? Do I need to
reinstall? I'm pretty much a computer novice...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- Get HijackThis.exe from:
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe
- Save it to C:\hjt (new folder)
- Open it and select "Scan and Save Log"
- Send it to Ron Kinner as an attachment
- Ron's email address is (e-mail address removed)
- Put Hijack in the subject so he knows it's not spam
