RAM MEMORY FALSE INFO IN XP PRO

Well my promblem is that i've installed 4GB of RAM on my PC and Win XP Pro
only recognize 3GB, is there any reason for this issue?

My BIOS start up memory test full recognize the 4GB but Win XP don't
