I want to know if I can use a motherboard with RAID for
8 HDD in the same way so I am using the normal motherboard.
Are some restrictions for the installed programs for
working with the HDD 5 - 8 ?
 
Depending on the motherboard and on the type of disk (SCSI
or IDE) If it's a IDE Disk, you will be able to install 4
disk and SCSI, normally 7/controller.
