RAID array

I'm upgrading one of our servers, I'm installing bigger hard drives and going from WinNT to W2K. What is better using the software RAID array in W2K or the hardware RAID array(DELL Program)?
 
Hardware RAID -- ALWAYS !

This way the OS sees the array as one virtual hard disk and the OS does not have to perform
RAID functions freeing the CPU for other functions.

I tried the software raid ONCE with W2K Server.
It took over an hour just to format a 73 gig array of 3 drives.
 
Hardware RAID is always the best.
