After installing both HHD (one of them is the boot HHD with WIN XP installed)and creating a raid 0 array without any problem one of the HHDs is not shown anymore on WIN XP and the capacity of the HHD left (C:) is only 160 Gb
When the computer boots it shows a raid volume with 320 Gb and two HHD. Is that the way it's supposed to be or the HHD left (C:) on WIN XP should also show 320 Gb ?

With RAID 0 the harddrive should be recognize as 320GB when right click on the hard drive icon in "My Computer

In device manager under disk drives you should see something like xxxx RAID 0 Array disk device (where xxxx is the name of the RAID controller

Does device manager show a 'SCSI and RAID controller' device

From what you typed, it doesn't look like XP is recognizing the drives as a RAID

Did you set up using a RAID 0 or RAID 1 array

RAID 0 is striping, which sees both hard drive as one, you should see close to 320G
If a hard drive fails using RAID 0 all data on the hard drives well be lost

RAID 1 is mirroring, which shows only one hard drive at its capacity. The other drive is hidden in X
A hard drive failing using RAID 1, the array can be rebuilt from the mirrored hard drive.
