Radeon x1300 series driver

When ever I enable this driver it conflicts with my nic driver. It has the
same IRQ setting (16) and I am unable to change this (greyed out by design
for some stupid reason). In msinfo.exe it says everything is OK, but it
obviously isn't. I disable the video driver my nic works, I enable the
video driver my nic doesnt work. I need a work around without reinstalling
the computer to standard instead of acpi. Anyone out there working on this
and knows what to do? Would really appreciate it.

TIA

Move the NIC to a different slot, or use hardware and drivers designed
to work with the PCI architecture, and shared interrupts.

Then ATI has released yet another incompatible driver. Your choice is to
sift the ones ATI has available until you find one that doesn't hose
your system OR buy a NIC adapter, and hope that the video driver plays
nice with it.
