How can I reerrange the heading numbering from left to rightin contrary
order.likes 2.3.4 then 3.3.4 then 4.3.4.it is very essential in arabic and
farsi.thx

I've no experience with R2L usage, but you can of course build outline
numbered headings that have work like this:

1
1.1
2.1
3
1.3
2.3
1.2.3
etc.

You "simply" have to build the numbered styles (or define the standard
heading styles) yourself. See for instance:

Another approach would be to use a field based numbering approach (SEQ
fields).
